The WORK 2 REST Circuit Timer is a digital countdown timer that allows the user to program reoccurring workout cycles.

This fully functional software allows you to create the perfect circuit timing sequence. The user defines preprogram countdown period; work period; rest period; and number of cycles. Six different tones can be selected to announce the start of the work phase, mid-point of the work phase, the end of the work phase (start of the rest period). The half-way point of each work phase is identified by both a user defined sound and a change in color of digital read-out. The timer can be easily paused and restarted anytime during the workout.

All Types of Training

The timer is great for all type of circuit training, both individual and group programs. It also works for interval training programs including stationary bike workouts. Set it for 30 seconds of work (sprint) and 45 seconds of rest (recovery), for example. Another use is to simply limit the period one person uses a particular piece of equipment like 25 minutes on the treadmill (work) and 5 minutes (rest) to clean it off and get it ready for the next 25 minute session.
